Return & Refund Policy – Press-On Nail Sets

We want you to love your press-on nails, but due to the nature of beauty and hygiene products, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • To be eligible, you must contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used press-on nail sets
  • Items with removed protective seals
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Requests without proper proof may not be approved.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In certain cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a return is approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.

7. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color or design due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.
  • Please ensure correct sizing before placing your order, as size-related issues are not eligible for returns.
